Families of students in grades K-2 have the option to add Exploration Fridays. The cost is $100 per day or $1,000 for the full year. For families opting for daily enrollment, sign-up must be completed at least 7 days in advance. Same-week sign-ups are not permitted.

What is the annual tuition for Alectrix Preparatory?
The annual tuition for Alectrix Preparatory depends on the program and schedule selected. For the K–2 Program, full-time tuition (Monday through Thursday) is $8,500 per year, while the hybrid schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) is $5,100 per year. For the Grades 3–5 and 6–8 Programs, full-time tuition (Monday through Thursday) is $9,500 per year, and the hybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) is $5,700 per year.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, there is a $150 non-refundable registration fee to secure your child’s spot. This will be applied towards tuition.
Is there financial aid or scholarships available?
We are currently working on offering financial aid and scholarships in the future. For now, we strive to keep our tuition competitive while providing a high-quality educational experience. We are also happy to discuss individual situations with families to explore possible solutions.
Are there payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. Tuition can be paid in lump sum (5% discount will be applied). Tuition can also be paid in two equal installments (July and January), ten equal installments (July through April), or eleven equal installments (July through April).
Is tuition all inclusive?
Tuition covers core academic instruction and individualized learning plans. Some extracurricular activities, field trips, and optional programs may incur additional fees.
What does the technology fee cover?
The technology fee covers the cost an iPad (K-2) or a laptop (3-8).
What does the enrichment fee cover?
The enrichment fee covers the cost for enrichment activities and supplies.
Are there sibling discounts?
Yes, families with multiple children enrolled at Alectrix Preparatory will receive a sibling discount. Please contact us for details.
What happens if we enroll mid-year?
Mid-year enrollment is welcomed when space is available. Tuition will be prorated based on the remaining weeks of the school year.
Are refunds available if we withdraw?
Refunds are not available for tuition or fees once the school year begins. Please review our withdrawal policy for more information.
What is the process for paying tuition?
Tuition payments can be made through our secure online portal. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods for your convenience.
