At Alectrix Preparatory, we have an open enrollment policy, accepting applications all year round. However, given our commitment to maintaining small class sizes, spaces fill up rapidly. We recommend initiating the application process at your earliest convenience to ensure a place for your child.
We believe in creating a welcoming and personalized experience for every family. We offer two flexible options to begin the admissions journey.

Option 1: Request an Application First
1. Schedule a Call: Contact us via our Get Started page, call us at 770-524-1391, or email us at rj@alectrixprep.com to schedule a brief phone call. We’ll introduce you to Alectrix Preparatory, answer your initial questions, and explain the application process.
2. Request an Application: Email us at rj@alectrixprep.com or call/text us at 770-524-1381 to request an application. We’ll send it to you directly for you to fill out.
3. Schedule a Tour: After submitting the application, book a private tour to see our learning space, meet the staff, and ask any questions. We encourage families to bring your student with you!
4. Trial Day & Family Interview: Before enrollment, all students complete a required trial day to experience our learning environment and learning approach. After the trial day, families meet with our team for a personalized interview to discuss their child’s needs, strengths, and goals and to confirm that Alectrix Preparatory is the right fit.
5. Enrollment Decision: You’ll hear from us soon after your interview about next steps.
6. Secure Your Spot: If accepted, you’ll finalize enrollment by submitting your $150 registration fee and signing the enrollment agreement.
